Cameron Hickey is a documentary filmmaker, animator, and web-designer living in Philadelphia, PA.  He spent 2 years living in Greece leading up to the 2004 Olympic Games working on his first documentary film Garlic & Watermelons.  His previous works include animations for Godfrey Reggio's Naqoyqatsi and Steven Cantor's Crossover as well as numerous commercial projects. In addition to developing public service web-tools for documentary filmmakers, Cameron is also currently working on his next film The Alphabet Book with partner Lauren Feeney.

 


LaurenLauren Feeney
Co-Founder, Pattern Films

Lauren Feeney was born in Philadelphia in 1976.  She studied non-fiction creative writing and photography at Bard College in New York and worked at several news and literary journals before finding her way into the world of documentary filmmaking. Lauren was an assistant producer for the Miramax production Naqoyqatsi and producer of The Making of Naqoyqatsi.  Garlic and Watermelons is her first feature-length film.  

 

AnneAnne Barliant

Anne has worked in film and media production for over five years. She has produced multi-media programs for institutions such as the Museum of Science in Boston, The New York Foundation of the Arts, and the Bard Curatorial Center. She has edited two acclaimed films by the photographer Danny Lyon as well as several other documentary films. Films she has edited have appeared in the AFI film festival, the International Center for Photography and The Museum of the History of New York. She has worked on documentary shows for A&E and the History channel. Her most recent project is as Associate Producer for a major feature documentary about Cuban and American relations.

 

TajTaj Khan Kalash 

Taj was born to a shepherd's family in the Kalash Valleys of Northern Pakistan.  He studied Law and Political Science at Edwards College in Peshawar, and is currently studying English Literature and Film Studies at Aristotle University in Greece.  Taj's first film, about a Kalash funeral, premiered at the Thessaloniki Documentary Festival in 2002.

 

 

 

 

Lisa GuidettiLisa Guidetti

Lisa Guidetti has been working as a feature and television documentary producer for the past seven years. Most recently, Lisa co-produced the International Emmy nominated feature documentary FALLING MAN, with director Henry Singer for Channel 4, which examined the tragedy of the September 11th, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center from a challenging and unique perspective. Lisa produced the historical documentary SLUMMING IT: MYTH & CULTURE ON THE BOWERY, which aired on PBS in July 2005 and 156 RIVINGTON which aired on the Sundance Channel. She has also co-produced non-profit/fundraising projects like THE BROTHERHOOD: LIFE IN THE FDNY directed by Lilibet Foster and shot on 16mm by Robert Leacock, which had its gala premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2004, and A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AFRICA documentary to raise monies for AIDS education in Africa. Originally from London, England, Lisa Guidetti is now based in New York developing and producing programs for some of the leading UK based production companies. In 2005, Lisa Guidetti founded her own UK production company Jefferson Street Productions, to develop her own projects and to collaborate with other independent filmmakers to produce challenging and unique films.
